IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF NOISY IMAGES BASED ON DIGITAL METHODS OF FILTERING SIGNALS
The article is devoted to enhancing the quality of images. The general principles of the mathematical models of digital signal filtering are set out. On the basis of different filtering methods a new algorithm for sharpening images distorted by impulse noise is proposed. The results of experimental research are presented, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm.
