THE FEMINIZATION OF SECONDARY EDUCATION AS A SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEM
Personnel problem of the feminization of high school is one of the urgent problems of the Russian system of education. Traditionally, the teaching profession is perceived as "female".
